Help us deliver hope to patients.
By registering for Community Days, you’re becoming part of our largest volunteer event of the year. Together with colleagues across the U.S. and Canada, we’ll make a difference for cancer patients in our communities.
By volunteering at Community Days, you’re helping patients in two important ways:
- Gift of a Care Package – Small gestures bring hope to people with cancer. That’s why you’ll create care packages that reach patients through Giving Comfort, our McKesson Foundation program.
- Gift of Services – When you sign up, the McKesson Foundation gives $10 to VCU Massey Cancer Center, our local Cancer Care Community Partner. VCU Massey Cancer Center has a commitment to care for all Virginians, regardless of their ability to pay. It treats patients with all kinds of cancer, including rare and complex ones. Besides treatment, it offers a full range of support services. It also has a commitment to diversity, and it is part of an effort to provide minority and underserved patients with more access to clinical trials.
When you sign up, you also support the team challenge for more grants to cancer nonprofits.
